Connected Spoon

Patrizia Keller

This spoon is made of local Swiss beech wood and linseed oil.

This spoon explores the possibilities of what happens when you take apart the cutlery and put it back together again, but in a different way. The spoon invites the user to explore new facets of eating. Does it still work to eat with it? What happens if you alienate the original shape of the spoon? And how is it possible that several people can eat from one spoon at the same time?
