This plate is made of stoneware and repurposed wood found in Norway.
Part of a series called A.D.O. Annoyingly Dependent Objects by Lillian Tørlen. This plate plays with the ideals of function and dependency, needing a bit of support in order to be functional. The supporting pieces are made out of repurposed wood scraps, intended to serve as an assistance to the A.D.O. Both pieces relate to each other, just like the relationship individuals have with their objects.
